MY JOURNEY BEGAN IN 2020 WHEN...
...my marriage came to a screeching halt. All my emotional baggage had crept in, and it was ruining my precious relationship, and the happy life we had worked so hard to build together.
After nearly 6 years together, my marriage was in shambles...
The dream of happily-ever-after had crumbled into a nightmare of constant arguments and painful silence. We were trapped in a cycle of toxic patterns, unknowingly reenacting the traumas of our past.
Growing up with alcoholic parents and witnessing multiple divorces, I had front-row seats to the ugly side of relationships. These experiences left deep scars, shaping my understanding of love in ways I didn't fully comprehend. I brought these wounds into my marriage, along with a suitcase full of fear and mistrust.
My husband and I found ourselves locked in a dance of hurt and resentment. Every disagreement felt like a battle, every silence like a cold war. The loving couple we once were seemed like distant strangers.
As the fights intensified, I felt an overwhelming urge to run. Escape seemed easier than facing the hard truths about ourselves and our relationship. The idea of divorce loomed large, a tempting exit from the pain and disappointment.
But something inside me hesitated. A small voice whispered that there might be another way....
Despite my instinct to flee, a part of me longed to break free from the cycle of broken relationships I'd witnessed throughout my life.
It was at this crossroads that we stumbled upon a path that would change everything. We discovered tools and techniques that allowed us to confront our inner demons, heal our past wounds, and rebuild our relationship from the ground up.
This journey wasn't easy, but it was transformative. It not only saved our marriage but also ignited a passion in us to help others avoid the pain we endured. Our near-divorce experience became the catalyst for a new mission: to guide others toward healthy, fulfilling relationships built on self-awareness, healing, and genuine connection.
